Supportive Living

  • 24 hour/day care

  • Provides food and meals (no less than three meals per day)

  • Assist with medication

  • Medication management

  • Assist with paying bills and managing money

  • Assist with making appointments

  • Provides transportation

  • Encourage residents to participate in Day programs

  • Semi private and private rooms

  • Assist with ADLS (minimal)

 

Independent/congregate housing:

  • No on site supervision

  • Semi private and private rooms

  • Residents are able to live independently

  • Residents are able to call someone if a problem arises
