Team 9 Home Care

Team 9 Home Care is a non-profit, community based residence that provides housing and support services to individuals who are experiencing or suffering from Chronic, Severe and Persistent Mental Illness, dual diagnosis, Addiction & Substance Abuse, Homelessness, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

Our mission: We are devoted to serving those in our communitites.  We strive to provide support services to ensure individuals are able to live their lives to the fullest potential as independently as possible as well as to be a part of and engage in activities in their communtity.
