Team 9 Home Care

Team 9 Home Care is a non-profit, community based residence that provides housing and support services to individuals who have a mental health diagnosis, dual diagnosis, substance abuse, homeless, intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Our mission: We are devoted to serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and with mental health diagnosis. We strive to provide support services to ensure individuals are able to live their lives to the fullest potential as independently as possible as well as to be a part of and engage in activities in their communtity.

Our homes are Licensed by the State of Tennessee.
